Certified Dementia Training for Professional Care Teams

Investing in your employees by certifying them as CDPs can profoundly impact the quality of care they provide while giving those living with dementia and their families peace of mind that they are receiving the highest, most compassionate and knowledgeable care possible.

EDUCATE. EMPOWER. ELEVATE.

Why Certified Dementia Training Makes All the Difference

Worldwide, dementia is the number one diagnosis in older adults. It is important that all healthcare professionals and frontline staff are offered the opportunity to complete a comprehensive dementia education program and receive certification as a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP). This comprehensive education and CDP certification provide healthcare professionals with the tools to provide compassionate and person-centered care to the most vulnerable.

That’s where Trinity Dementia Training comes in.

We partner with Senior Healthcare organizations to deliver dementia education that’s both nationally certified (through the NCCDP and ICCDP) and deeply compassionate. Led by Loretta Shacklett, our corporate training programs give your team the tools, insight, and confidence to provide truly exceptional care – and fulfill certification requirements at the same time.

Real Results from Real Caregivers

“I recently participated in a seminar on Dementia and Alzheimer’s and it was excellently presented by Certified Senior Advisor Loretta Shacklett and the information was presented professionally and with passion and shared insight in many areas of the disease and how to address different situations! Thank you!”

Jean B., from Google Reviews

“So helpful and easy to understand. I have already applied the training in dealing with some of my clients and the results have been amazing. If you ever see a class that she is offering, make sure you sign up before they are filled.”

Lynnette P.

“I recently attended the Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Seminar via zoom with Loretta. She was a very thorough and engaging practitioner for this course. I feel like I walked away with a wealth of knowledge about Dementia and how to properly care for individuals with the disease as well as how to help support their loved ones and care givers. I would highly recommend Loretta and this course to my colleagues or anyone interested.”

Katie R. , from Google Review

“After attending the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Course with Loretta I felt so confident going back to work with memory care. “Be guiding not controlling” was one quote that stuck with me. I recommend this course to everyone because you’ll never know when you’ll come in contact with someone suffering from Dementia/Alzheimer’s. Having the knowledge of knowing how to communicate and engage can make a big difference in someone’s life. Thank You!”
